Kelvin serves as Director of Programs and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of YONER Liberia. As Director of Programs, he leads the overall responsibility for ensuring all aspects of YONER’s programs are designed, developed and delivered effectively and at optimum quality. The Director, in consultation with the appropriate officials, shall design and execute all program concepts as approved by the management team and Board of Advisors.
