Annette serves as a Technical Consultant at YONER Liberia and works directly with the CEO. She leads consultation on the design of the organization’s resource mobilization and partnership strategy and implementation in line with YONER’s strategic vision and direction. The objective of the strategy and implementation plan is to mobilize the necessary financial, human, and material resources to help build sustainable and diversified support for the activities of YONER’s programs and operations.
