National Winner : JASS Bags

We are excited to congratulate and present the National Winner in the Liberia National High School Entrepreneurship Competition 2023: Liberia Diamond Challenge 2023. On Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the Dragons’ Den, “Jass Bags” emerged as the best innovative social business in the Liberia Diamond Challenge 2023. Jass Bags was designed by students Alvin B. J. Dahn, Josephine F. Carter and Blessing M. Blayee from the Caver Mission Academy with the support of their assigned mentor, Ms. Aissata Richards. Team Jass Bags Team accompany by their mentor shall travel to the United States of America in April 2023 to participate in the global semifinal round during the Diamond Challenge Youth Entrepreneurship Summit 2023, scheduled for April 21-24, 2023 at the University of Delaware, United States of America. Winners from the global semi-finalist rounds will receive shares of US$100,000 to be used to support their startups/ businesses, support their social venture, or pursue a higher education.
